Getting (and keeping) electric drives in top condition involves the smallest of details, often involving enormous power, high voltages and large mechanical forces. In the process, we take many measurements, both in the workshop and at the customer's premises, to monitor insulation values, partial discharge and bearing condition.

The outside of an engine can quickly be seen as something simple, and therefore can be underexposed even though it plays an important role in maintaining a reliable drive train.

Engines and generators are often not in the best of environments. We see many traces of aggressive substances and weather influences in the form of serious corrosion in the engines that are presented for overhaul. When an engine/generator is overhauled, it is always given a new coating in our workshop, and that is not just for looks, but above all to restore optimum external protection. A new coat.

Spit has its own paint mixing plant with which any color can be created. This gives every engine a fresh appearance in the desired color, and the engine is also optimally protected again against corrosion.
